By The editors 18 Oct 26 1 min read

Sprinto was founded in 2021 in Bengaluru by Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla. It connects to a company's cloud, code and HR systems, checks them continuously against a framework such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR, and produces the evidence an auditor asks for.

Who buys it

Software companies, mostly selling to enterprise customers who demand a certificate before signing. The buyer is usually a founder or a head of engineering, not a compliance officer.

How it charges

Per framework, per year, with the audit itself priced separately. No published price.

Where it competes

Vanta and Drata globally, Scrut in India. Statutory compliance tools such as Complinity and Komrisk solve a different problem, Indian labour and corporate filings, and are not direct competitors.

Facts above are from the company's own site, read on 18 October 2026. Stage and funding are not shown because the company has not published a consolidated figure.
